BREEZE DE MAR, ORLANDO

Breeze De Mar Orlando allows investors to invest in the US real estate market with 20% down payment. In this 900,000 sq/m project, resort style swimming pool, restaurants, gym, boutique stores, spa, beach volleyball field, canoe and ski resort, market and cafeteria are included.

Our unit prices are starting from $99,440.00 and increase according to its location and size. In addition to cash purchases, our customers who want to invest can benefit from the financing options offered by GAOK INVEST LLC, which is available from 5 up to 30 years term. The most important feature that distinguishes Breeze de Mar from other projects is that it offers a faster return on investment. For example if you buy a house for $100,000.00, with $20,000 (which is only 20% down payment) and 10% balloon payment at closing, your mortgage amount would be $70,000. With 30 year mortgage option your payments will be $443. Since the purchase price is $100,000 your annual rental income will be $7,000 which is S583 p/month. So at the end of the month your mortgage payment will be deducted your rental income and difference is credited to you. If you enter into a rental agreement with GAOK INVEST LLC, GAOK Invest will pay for your home electric, water, HOA fees and even annual taxes.
